Invoice templet Excel97 to 2003 invoice toolbar missing
 

Upgraded from Office 97 to 2003. Converted "invoice templet". "invoice"
toolbar, which automatically numbers invoices, not available on 2003 file.
What happened? How do I use this file in 2003 ,
