Macros Move when Printing

I set up a spreadsheet in Excel 2003 that has several macros. One macro
prints a portion of a spreadsheet (a specific print range). There are
command buttons in the spreadsheet that has macros attached to them.

When a co-worker opens the spreadsheet in Excel 2003, the command buttons
are in different places. In addition, if he clicks the button to print, all
the command buttons on the active sheet go all over the sheet.

Is there a way to lock the macros down? I've tried unchecking the "print"
option for each command button and also unchecking "move and size with cells."
