Paste all button?
 

How can I add a button for Paste All to a tool bar?

View, Toolbars, Customize,
from Commands tab, find desired Icon
and drag "up" to toolbar and Drop.
Then Close Customize.

How can I add a button for Paste All to a tool bar?

Right, that's just what I tried.

I couldn't find a "Paste all" there. Shouldn't that have been in "Edit"?
