Upon opening a document I find that most of the buttons
on my toolbars are grayed out.(formula,%,Undo etc) - I can access them via the menus but it then asks me for my installation discs - not a problem but why? Thanks |

Hi Simmo,
When installing Excel, a number of options can be set to to run from the programme disk. This might be done, for example, to conserve hard disk space or reduce installation time. If this is the source of the problem, simply install missing options to the hard disk. --- Regards, Norman "simmo2004" wrote in message ...
