Sorting Customer
 

Hi there,

I am trying to sort multiple customers from the same company, using the
company name to look-up. I have a vlookup to draw the information from my
contact list and a data valadation for my drop down list. Any help would be
appreciated.

Your question is not clear, what prevents you from sorting?
If you want to group a list so all customers of the same company are
together etc the easiest way would probably be to use datafilterautofilter,
filter on company and copy and paste the filtered lists.

Ok then, I am trying to auto fill fields using data valadation drop down list
and a vlookup to fill in the fields, the problem that i am having is that
when I select a company name from the valadation drop down field it will only
give me the first contact related to the company. I am trying to get it to
relate each instance of the company name in my contact list to the row number
that it is actually in, instead of just finding the first instance of the
company name and returning that info. Hope that better explains the problem,
and I hope you can help!!!!

I believe what you're looking for might be "Dependant" lists.

That way, you choose a company from one list, and then have another drop
down display the contents (contacts) of that particular company list.
