Default Pivot Tables

When I invoke my pivot table I am presented with circa 200 columns
and 450 rows. The value field settings is "sum of hours". I am only
interested in seeing cells where the sum of hours is greater than
20. That would cut my pivot table down to a very handy 20 columns by
30 rows.

Can I invoke a filter within the pivot table to achive that.

Thanks

GErry.
