Macro: Copy and Paste Boomberg Link

I am trying to create a macro that 'copies' a cell (that feeds off a
Bloomberg link) in one worksheet and 'paste' into another worksheet. I
don't need the link explicitly pasted but just need the value. Does
anyone know how to do this? Much thanks!

Record the macro while doing a copy and paste special/value?

that is exactly what i want to do. works manually...does not work as a
macro since bloomberg doesn't 'generate' the values prior....

i guess is there a code that updates the worksheet before i do the
copy/paste?
i think i'm missing an update code or something...

If you do a refresh whilst recording the macro?

Edit/Links etc. . . .
