Cutting Drawing Objects
Is there a way to cut (Remove) multiple lines or objects at one time or must
you click on each one individually and cut. I use alot of lines and arrows on spreadsheets in Excel but then need to remove them later and save the rest of the data. |
Hi LostNFound,
From the Drawing command bar, click on the Select Object button (looks like a mouse pointer - white arrow). Now you can select (and delete) as many objects as you like in one go. To return to normal cell selection, click the same button again or double-click a cell that isn't near an object. And you can select (by clicking) the first and ctrl-clicking subsequent objects.
Then just one delete. LostNFound wrote: Is there a way to cut (Remove) multiple lines or objects at one time or must you click on each one individually and cut. Hi LostNFound. You can also press F5 (goto) click on special and check
objects. This will select all your objects at one time. -- Sincerely, Michael Colvin "LostNFound" wrote: Is there a way to cut (Remove) multiple lines or objects at one time or must you click on each one individually and cut.
