How would I adjust size for printing
 

Even though I changed the Adjust to percentage, it still prints to small.
What am I doing wrong?

Have you correctly set the Area to Print?

Is there blank paper on the right side, or on the bottom of the page?

Do you have 'fit to page' set ? (it should release when you adjust the
percentage)

What percentage are you using? - if you are trying 20% of 9 point it
will look small, what is the font size that you have?

Does the Print Preview also look small ?
