Creating a race submition form
 

I would like some help creating a form that race officials can use to enter
races into our excel data base.

Shawn, you'll get more help if you describe the race information you want to
collect and what you want to do with it. For example, horse race, car race,
driver, jockey, wins, losses, dollar amounts, etc.
