Showing zero balances
Is there a way to show zero balances in some selected cells and at the same
time not show zero balances in the other cells? Ed |
Hi!
Use this custom format to "hide" the zeros you don't want displayed: 0;-0;;@ Just be aware that the zero is still there, it just can't be seen. Biff "Ed" wrote in message ... What do you want in those cells not showing zero, blank? If so you can use
custom formatting for those that you don't want to show $#,##0.00;-$#,##0.00; using US centric currency and no zeros shown -- Regards, Peo Sjoblom (No private emails please) "Ed" wrote in message ...
