Also I have used images for Buttons.
I need to know how can i reduce the size of excel.
Has it been due to use of dark colors or images (which are in 5-10 KBs)?
Please let me know the practice to be followed to create Excel with less size.

You can resize your images so they are smaller file size (not to be
confused with screen real estate) using Office Picture Manager. Then
insert the picture. Also, if you can possibly change the image file
format to GIF you'll be laughing. I often get client files with mega
images that are well over 50-60MB in size that I rework in Excel and
return the file 500-600kb in size with same quality and display size.
