Macro

I am using Microsoft excel 2000. I need to transfer a 720 step macro from the
hard drive of one computer to another without loosing the macro. I have tried
just sending the file but the macro's won't transfer. Please help.

Macros live in workbooks.

If you copy the workbook to the new computer, the macro will come with it.

Make sure that you do enable macros on the second computer when you open the
workbook with the macro.

Tools|Macro|Security...|Security Level Tab

Change it to medium and you'll be prompted when you open a workbook that
contains a macro.

Or you could export your macro in a file and then later import it.
