Default Formula Mass Copy???

Is there a way to copy a formula to an entire column?

My example formula...

=IF(C5F9,"Suspended","")

The value of F9 is 2

The formula either needs to recall F9 each time, or just have a way to
say =IF(this cell)2 ,"suspended","")

Thanx,
T.
