Importing data from palm excel to desktop workbook
 

I am trying to use my Palm device to record a small amount of data,
basicly entering an order, then transfer the information to a desktop
workbook. The workbook has 5 sheets representing 5 weeks, and each
sheet consists of 7 columns representing each day of the week. How can
i make an order on my palm pilot every day, and transfer the data to my
desktop workbook for each day without manually entering it in? Thanks
