Digital Signatures

Is there a way of creating an authorisation cell on a worksheet? (that can
only be "signed" by a certain user). I've heard of digital signatures but
cannot find info for my purpose. Please help!!!

Excel does not natively support digital signatures in the sense of
documenting legal responsibility. If you need something more secure
than somebody simply entering a name into a cell (with no true
traceability/accountability as to who put the name there) then you will
need some kind of wrapper application if you are wedded to doing it in
Excel. Try google with keywords Excel "digital signature" "Part 11"
wrapper.
