Shared Workbook?

There is a user (and the only one with this problem, to my knowledge) that
gets the following prompt when saving a document:

The file XXXXXX may have been changed by another user since you last saved
it. In that case, what do you want to do? Save a copy Overwrite changes.

How do I just make it save the document without this prompt?

TomHinkle

Tools menu
Share workbook

uncheck the box that enables sharing.

*** you must be the ONLY user with the workbook open to turn sharing off.

Where do you find this: Under Tools or as a general file property in Windows?
