Sum if contains dependent

I have a range(I2:I225) which contains several figures only some of which
feed to other areas of the workbook. I want to add only those figures that
have dependents elsewhere. Is this possible without selecting the cells
individually?

Create another column that only grabs those fields and autosum that column.
