how do I find duplicate text enteries in Excel
 

What I am trying to do is use a list of products in my spread sheets. When
an item is duplicated under another heading then I want to highlight it

Use conditional formatting. Look at 'Highlight cells that meet specific
conditions' in the Answer wizard in help
