Define is greyed out
 

When I go to Inser/name/define the Define is greyed out. What can I do?

And the rest "paste create label apply" is greyed out to?
Unprotect the sheet.

Yes, I am not sharing the workbook. I am using Office 2000. I am the
administrator

If it is protected.........
Go to <tools<protection< and unprotect the sheet.
