Excel Slow after print setup??
Hello I am using Excel 2003. When I open a spread sheet I can do anything at a very quick response. But, as soon as I go into print setup and update ANYTHING in the print setup - then excel becomes very slow. Anyone have any ideas whats going on here? -- cbecker ------------------------------------------------------------------------ cbecker's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=25866 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=392491 |
cbecker,
Possibly a few thoughts. Save your file(s), shut-down and re-boot. Better? Have you been able to print to the same printer before? With other worksheets? Is the file a large-sized file? Have you set up a print range? How much memory does your printer have? (If it is an office printer it is most likely OK) For some reason, your computer and/or printer and/or the print driver and/or Excel are having a tug-of-war.
