Mary,

File | Page Setup
Look for an Options button. You can control page size from there.

TJ,

I already did try to customize using File, Page Setup, Options. I do not
see 11x 17 anywhere. Nor do I see a place to input these dimensions.

Could you please give me a full path? Perhaps I'm missing something here.

Check your printer setup. Can you print on 11x17 from
Word or another program?

Like FGM wrote, you may want to check the printer.
I've only got Excel 2003 in front of me, and the when I click the options
button a dialog box with3 tabs, including Page pops up.

You can check your version in the Help Menu.
There should be an About Excel option (the wording is slightly different
depending on the version).

Where exactly are you looking to change the paper size? If it's the Paper
Size Drop-down, perhaps you should look for the Options Button and try
that(it may be called something different-like Properties--in Excel 2000). If
it's not on the Excel 2000 Setup dialog, go to File | Print and look for
Properties.

The print sizes are a function of the Print Driver, so perhaps updating it
will make a difference.

Ok guys, I've got it. REALLY dumb. This printer doesn't have the capacity
for 11 x 17 (also known as ledger). Last time I used a different printer.
Time for a new brain.

Thanks for your attention.
