Flipping the order around?

Hello everyone,

How can I do this in a quick way?
The data that I received has December 2004 to januar 2000
in Column B1 to BJ1 and under these column headings there
are about 10 rows of data.

I like the order to be from Jan 2000 to Dec 2004 rather
than the way it is now.

There has to be a way to flip all the data but I can't
figure out how.
Any idea?

Thanks

Hi Thrava,

Use Excel's built-in Sort, with the optional left-to right option:

Data | Sort | Options | Check "Left to Right" option | OK
| select "Ascending" option

---
Regards,
Norman

Hi Thrava,

| select "Ascending" option

Should read:

| select "Ascending" option for Row 1 | OK

you can transpose the data so that the months are listed down the way. Select
all the data and click in a blank area eidt, Paste special, transpose
Then sort by month. click in one cell in the month column and sort
If you need to then you can transpose again back to the original layout.
Hope it works
