Using macro for page break
How can we use a macro to insert page breaks every 25th line? Please help.

Sara,
If your row height is consistent, you may be able to get the same result by raising the bottom margin. File - Print Preview. Turn on the Margins button. Drag the bottom margin (the upper one at the bottom -- the other is for the footer) up until it prints only 25 rows. -- Earl Kiosterud mvpearl omitthisword at verizon period net ------------------------------------------- "Sara" wrote in message ...
