label merge leaves beginning zero off zip code
 

I have set up the zip code column as a zip code in my excel sheet
but when I attempt to label merge it drops the zero. The zero value
check box is checked under Tools/Options. Help

You can avoid the problem by making the zipcodes text and not numbers
then you could use zip codes from other countries as well.

If you are going to be specifically printing labels with Mail Merge
you might also see my mailmerg.htm page, but I think
you've already got that part.
