How do I copy a spreadsheet, keeping the formulas but not the #s

I am using excel 2003. I need to copy a speadsheet that I have created with
a lot of numbers and formulas to another spreadsheet that I can send to a
friend without the numbers, but keeping the formulas (essentially I need to
take a spreadsheet and make it a cleared out template). Can I do this and if
so how?
