template:recording daily technical phone calls
 

I am looking for a template, much like a tally sheet, tick sheet for
technical support to use to keep count of the daily calls ( incoming and out
going) , time on call, type of call, call idetification,,,, customer service
call centers often use these when initiating a reporting system. Anyone have
any idea where I might find one w/o recreating the wheel? Thanks so much.
