How do I change 5000 cells from DSDDE|Times!'V2647:B' to
DSData|Times!'V2647:B' Where the 2647 is a different number in every cell

if i've understood correctly, you could try a Find and Replace (ctrl + F) with
Find: DSDDE|Times!
Replace: DSData|Times!
