Screen Prompt Data Enrty Requirement
 

If users selects "In Garage - Service" from drop down box then want
Screen Prompt requesting "User to Enter Replacement Van Reg Number"
this information must be entered in the Screen Prompt Box and placed
into a cell F2.

Can someone please recommend a solution?
