how do i use sumif when linking worksheet
 

i want to summarise data A B C in a column of x worksheet and show the total
to another worksheet in differnt coloums..

m using excel 2000 as in a

maybe something like:

=sumif(sheet2!a:a,b1,sheet2!x:x)
