you can hide a sheet on the format sheet menu.Dont know about the password

You can hide a worksheet, even hide it from the Format/Worksheet/Unhide
dialog (by setting the sheet's .Visible property to xlVeryHidden), and then use macros to unhide and rehide it. The project would have to be secured with a VBA password. However, this is not particularly secure, as VBA passwords can be broken easily.
