Can you make a custom color for text?
 

I need a specific text color. Can it be added knowing the RGB values as in
WORD?

Sure can, although your new colour will be workbook specific and saved
with your file, but won't be available to every new file you create.

Go to Tools Options, Color, Custom and make sure the Colour Model box
is set to RGB.
