Calculate gross pay
 

I enter start and end times (cell formated for time), subtract to find total
hours, and multiply by rate of pay. The result doesnt make any sense. What am
I doing wrong?

Since time is stored as a fraction of a day, multiply your result by 24 and
format as anything but time, probably Currency
