Default print heading row on every page

I followed the instructions for getting a heading row to repeat on every
page, but I couldn't get it to work.

In order to have rows repeat on every page, Go to File/Page Setup/Sheet and
select the rows to repeat at top.

Hmm....be more specific on what are you getting. Anyway...

File - Page Setup - Sheet - Print title: "Rows to repeat at top"

I did this and then typed in A1:H1. Was that the wrong way to do it? I
simply got no heading on the 2nd page.

File - Page setup - Sheet. Collapse using the Rows to repeat at top and then
select the rows with your cursor.

The notation for the first row only would be $1:$1, or simply just
select with your mouse.
