Cannot save an excel doc
 

I'm working on an excel document. I'm trying to save it butit gives me a
message that it cannot be saved. Please help.

Are you trying to save it to a floppy disk, or to your normal hard disk?

I'm trying to save it to my hard drive. I got to saved it the day before
yesterday, but after I worked on it yesterday it gave a box with a message
"document cannot be saved."

Will it work if you tell it to save to a different directory?

Can you load and save other Excel files where this one lives, or is there only
one file that exhibits the problem?

It works! I cut and paste into a new sheet and it worked. Thanks!

At this point, with everything saved, I'd shut everything down and reboot the
machine. It can't hurt anything, but it might save you some grief down the road.
