Where is the text to speech in excel 2000
 

I know I have speech on my computer, it is in the control panel but I can't
find it any where else. I have tried to search the help in excel and word
with no luck. Any help would be great!

What you need is to start Narrator. It works with most applications with
varing degrees of helpfulness
