I am running excell on a win2000 box, I have it set up so that when i save a
spread sheet it automatically saves to the A: drive. It seems that since i have installed new securuity patches from the microsoft web site, every time i try to save the document excel crashes and i get an error that states this program cannot be closed, if it is being de bugged please resume it or close the debugger first. But there are no de bugging programs running. please help. Thank you |

You need to save it to hard disk and then copy it over to the floppy afterwards in some cases. Otherwise you may run into problems with insufficient space for various temporary files Excel uses, file sharing problems or other effects. Here is one bit of info from Microsoft on the problem: http://support.microsoft.com/default...24120121120120 It's also been discussed on this board fairly recently if you search back through the past postings. Good luck... Bill |
