Excel 2002 - Network share - save as error
 

Microsoft has an available hotfix to solve this specific problem. This
hotfix is not contained in some other hotfix.
It is not an Excel issue, actually.
If you can't wait for the next SP, You have to contact MS for receiving
the fix.
