Format the cells that you are using specifically to a date format. Format
Cells - Category Date ... and choose one. How are you entering the date into the cell? "CK" wrote: WHEN I ENTER A DATE AND CLICK TO THE NEXT CELL THE DATE CHANGES TO WHAT EVER IT WANTS BUT USUALLY TO 01/00/1900 |

If you are preceding the date with an "=", that is expected behavior. Don't use the "=" sign. If you are not preceding the date with an "=", then check Tools/Options/Transition and ensure that the Sheet options are DEselected. --ron |
