2003 - Doc Routing - Not Working

Since upgrading to Outlook/Excel 2003, I am no longer able to route
documents. After I select File Send To Routing Recipient, Excel hangs & I
have to use Task Manager to close the program. I am running Win XP (Service
Pack 2) & Office 2003 (11.6355.6360 - Service Pack 1).
Any suggestions?
