linking an excel document to my task folder in outlook
 

I have a list on an excel document and I want to link it to my task folder in
outlook is there a way to do this it is a reacurring task that comes up
yearly and I would like it to come up automatically because in the list the
dates fall thruout the year and it would be more effective with a reminder
