Wrap Text

Hi

I pasted a paragraph of text in a cell and then formatted it to wrap
the text.
Now I want to paste another paragraph in the same cell. The second
paragh, however, does not look wrapped and I am unable to wrap it. The
first few/last few lines look deleted and am not able to see the two
paragraphs in full.

Also, is there a maximum limit to the height and width of a cell?

THanks
Aks

rook

on the rows header (where the numbers are) position your cursor between the
numbers and double click. or hold down and drag to the correct width.

I tried both but it did not work for me.
I did widen the cell and could see the entire content. But I want the
paragraphs one below the other. All I have to do is enter the first
paragh copy paste it in the same cell --- it's the same paragh twice
one below the other so that it need not be too wide. Any ideas?

I think you need to force a carriage return. With your cell selected,
press F2 to enter the edit mode. Place the cursor at the end of your
first paragraph and press ALT+ENTER to force a new line within your
cell. Press ENTER to commit. Now your next paragraph will be below
the first one.

Does this work for you?
