How can I allways paste PLAIN TEXT ?

I need allways , paste plain text , without formatting .

Davus,

Edit (or right-click) - Paste special - Values. A macro can speed thing up
by allowing you to use a keystroke or button.

Activate the cell with the text that you want to copy. Go to Edit - Copy
Edit - Paste Special - Values. This assumes that your text is not tied to
formulas. If so, this method will overwrite the formula by copying the text
returned by the formula as a value.
