How to Search for word in the Entire Workbook
How can I search for word in the Entire Workbook. Right now I can only do
that by manually switching to a different sheet and searching again for the same word. |

In versions before 2002 (XP) group the sheets (Ctrl + click tabs
(non-contiguous) or shift + click tabs (contiguous)) and then do your search The option to search the entire book is built into Excel XP and 2003 You might also try Jan Karel's flexfind add-in here http://www.jkp-ads.com/OfficeMarketPlaceFF-EN.htm -- HTH Nick Hodge Microsoft MVP - Excel Southampton, England HIS "lbbss" wrote in message ... XL97 will not do a search over grouped sheets.
However, it will do a replace over grouped sheets.
