help me. How to delete a menu
 

I have inserted two menus in the standad menu of Excell and now i dont
know how to delete them. Every time i run Excel the menus are there...

Viewtoolbarscustomize and just "physically" grab them with the mouse and
drop them somewhere off the menu toolbars, then close the customize window

You can click and drag them off the menu by holding the Alt key down while
you do it.

Besides what Peo indicated, after you've made your desired changes,
you want to make a change to a worksheet in Excel (any worksheet), and then
Exit Excel to make the permanent change to your toolbars.. When you exit Excel
your toolbars (*.xlb file) will be saved.

If this just happened and you had not closed Excel, you would simply open your
toolbar file (*.xlb) and toolbars would be back
