print one standard letter to address to diff. costumer
I want to send all my costumers a standard letter, however, it will
personalize by adding their name, address, services, cost, etc. These informations (name, address and etc) will be on an excel file, I'm not sure what type of file the letter will be on (whatever that will work). I remember that i was able to do this in high school, but I'm not sure if its with MS programs. I also know that when i go to print, it will fill and print for all the costumers on the list without me going through it individually. I own a small company, so i can't afford to hire anyone....someone please help me. |
Hi, Faith. You just need to do a Mail Merge from Word. This article
describes how to do labels, but Letters are similar (I'm working on that one!). http://www.officearticles.com/word/m...osoft_word.htm ******************* ~Anne Troy www.OfficeArticles.com www.MyExpertsOnline.com "faith" wrote in message ...
