Whenever I initially enter a date, e.g., 6/1/2001, into a cell in an Excel
spreadsheet, it is auto changed to make the year the current year, e.g., 6/1/2005. When retyped as 6/1/2001 the cell will then retain this date but I'm continually forced to double my efforts on date entries. This occurs on all worksheets including old, previously developed ones and newly opened ones. Any ideas why? |
