Can't launch downloadable Excel CSV files from internet explorer
Since Office 2003, users are unable to launch the downloadable Excel CSV
file. Excel opens and then closes immediately. We changed the file extension properties for CSV to open with a text editor and the same thing happens. We have tested side by side Bare-Metal XP and Office 2003 versus Bare-Metal XP and Office 2000. The issue is specific to Office 2003. |
