Excel error message
 

I recieving an error message when I try to open Excel 2000 running on a
Windows 98 machine. The computer is part of a Windows Server 2003 Domain.
The Error Massage is in full:

..NET Framework Intialization Error
To run this application, you must install one of the following versions
of the .NET Framework: v1.1.4322
Contact your application publisher for instructions about obtaining the
appriopriate version of the .NET Framework

Any help anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated.
