scrolling in VBA editor
 

This is probably a stupid question. But why can't I use my mouse's
scroll wheel to scroll down the code window in VBA. I know some people
can. I was wondering if it's a setting in VBA, a mouse setting, or a
system setting that might cause this?

Not a stupid question but rather a known problem.
